Anthony A. Falor 

 

Anthony Falor joined Rockwood Real Estate Advisors in 2012 as Managing Director Hospitality. In this capacity he is responsible for national investments, disposition sales, debt and structured equity placement and advisory services.

Mr. Falor has over 25 years experience in the hotel Industry in both public and private companies. With extensive experience in acquisitions, development, franchising and marketing, he has tremendous contacts with buyers at all levels and has been involved in the sale of hundreds of hotels. Clients include companies Westmont Hospitality, Hersha Hotels, Summit Hotels, ING Clarion Partners, GE,Supertel Hospitality, Strand Hotels and Financial institutions including Wells Fargo, GE Finance, BB&T, Wachovia, Regions Bank, CW Capital, LNR, and Midland Loan Services.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Falor created the Select Service Division as Managing Director at Hodges Ward Elliott where over $2.5 billion of hotels were successfully sold valued at $10 million or less. Previously Mr. Falor held various senior executive positions with the world’s largest Franchisor Cendant Corporation. He is frequently quoted in major lodging industry publications and has spoken or presented at numerous lodging conferences including the NYU Conference, The Lodging Conference, Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), and the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers (NABHOOD). Mr. Falor currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Educational Foundational and was also elected a Board Member for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association.
